Mai is seen as a kind girl friend to Reo as she attempts to help Reo get better from her cold. Mai and Reo care able each other, but like most teenagers, they also find it hard to stop the hormones coursing through their veins. Although a lot about the characters is not explained, the audience can see that Reo and Mai have more of a connection that just sex. I might be a bit biased on this rating because I have played the visual novel and understand the characters in that sense. The two characters Reo and Mai do not get explained in this animation really. Overall the animation of this OVA was well done for a hentai, but below average for an anime. Even the animation for the sex scenes are well done too. The animators put a lot of care into the scene where Mai chases Reo into the open space where Reo confesses her love.
It is not as good as normal anime, but it is a lot better than most hentai videos. The animation of this OVA is actually well done. They are adorable together, and this OVA did not disappoint in keeping the characters true to the visual novels. I personally enjoyed this animation because I played the visual novels and liked this couple in particular. This would not be the anime to watch if you want just yuri romance. This is a good anime if you want a little romance, a twinge of humor, and a lot of sex between two girls that love each other. Viewers under the age of eighteen should be warned. It shows the strong bond between the two girls through emotion and physical moments of the girl’s lives.Īs stated before in the genre, this OVA is a hentai. I’m not going to review it, since it’s a visual novel style conversation thing.īut if you’re the type who wished that Ritsu and Mio went further than K-On! depicted, this slice-of-life schoolgirl romance series is probably for you. Incidentally, there’s this little miniseries of more Reo and Mai, titled “Reo x Mai Diaries”.
the eroge, is more romance than wild animal sex. So I realise that ultimately in this post, I’m underplaying the pure romance parts for the hot sex parts. Although I think the Reo and Mai pairing appeals to me the most. It’s all yuri though, (which isn’t a problem for me). Still, this is the kind of moe crap that I like, and if I could I’d buy the whole Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke Wo eroge series.
That and this is a particularly HARDDD anime to review, if you catch my drift. I don’t know how the other guys do it, but taking screencaps is killing me. Where the title is stupidly erotic, but also mindcrushingly innocent and pure. Actually, this is the first time I’ve felt dirty, and I’ve seen A sex scene between two people who obviously have some sort of deep, non-sexual (and I stress the importance of this), romantic connection. However, every now and then, you come across a sex scene that makes you feel dirty for getting aroused by it. “Oh hello, you’re here to teach me piano OH YES YES AHHHH.” Because you’re watching for the sex, not to educate yourself on the fundamental difficulties of competently playing Chopin’s Prelude in A Op. This is also why most porn films have stupidly shallow/puerile plots. At some point (probably 7 seconds after the main female lead appears) is that they forget the plot/drama/art for the porn, or as close to it as it can get in a cinema film.
